Shipping

We only ship our products within the United Kingdom.

How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take 3-4 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Sparkwood and 21 has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. Hopefully in the future we shall be able to have more international online shops.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Nope. Not yet.

Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to change it! Please send an email to mail@sparkwoodand21.com as soon as possible with the subject line “Change Shipping Address” to inquire about changing your shipping address.  Please make sure to include your order number for faster service.
